What kind of events does Endee host?

Endee Gathering Hall can host any sit-down events up to 75 people, or open house style events (ie. graduation parties) up to 100 people

Endee Exploratory has a small party room, The Gathering Nook, that is meant for smaller kid celebrations (10 or less). For larger family friendly / kids parties we also offer private rentals of the Exploratory (limit to 2 a month).

How do I find you? What about restrooms & parking?

Both the Gathering Hall and Exploratory are located at 1006 Commercial Dr. Buffalo, MN 55313 (in the same building as El Huichol, Grace’s Thai & the DMV). Our entrance is on the northside of the building (Left side behind El Huichol). It’s a glass door with “Endee” above it.

There are two restrooms onsite for use, with a diaper changing station available in one of them. Ample parking is available in the front lot, with the north lot available for parking after 4:30pm M-F and anytime on the weekends.


How does payment work?

A deposit will be required to reserve your event date. For most events, full payment will be required 30 days after booking, at least 1 month prior to the event. Please contact us directly for specific payment information & options for your budget needs.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Our refund and cancellation policy varies based on event type. Please see your client contract agreement for the refund / cancellation policy specific to your event. We understand that life happens – if you have any questions or concerns about your event, please reach out to us directly.


Does Endee provide food & beverages?

Endee does not offer any food or beverage services at this time.

Events in the Gathering Hall can bring in their own food and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Events in the Exploratory can have their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Does Endee allow outside vendors?

Yes! Clients are allowed to use any of their preferred vendors for their events. We ask that all vendors reach out to us to discuss details of their use needs in advance to ensure we are able to accomodate their services. Endee also has a list of specialized vendors available for guests to view as well.


When should I book my event?

We recommend booking a date for your event as soon as possible to ensure we are able to accomodate your preferred date and time. Endee accepts event bookings up to 1 year in advance. If you have any questions about availability, please feel free to reach out to us. In order to reserve a date on our event schedule a contract agreement and deposit will be required.

What is included with my event?

Basic rentals include your reservation time and basic amenities (fridge, tables and chairs). We offer some additional add-ons for a small fee, as well as custom party packages that vary on price.

Set-up and take down of any Endee equipment being used will be taken care of by our team. If you plan on bringing in your own materials, please plan accordingly in your reservation time to handle any set-up and clean up time needed. Clients will be responsible for general clean-up for their event, including: disposal of garbage into the dumpsters, general tidying and wiping up of any large messes and removal of any items that are brought in by the client.


Can I bring in my own decorations?

Absolutely! While most decor will be acceptable, we ask that you please reach out to us in advance if you’re looking to do any mounting / hanging of materials to confirm use. If you plan on using your own materials, please plan accordingly in your reservation time to handle any set-up and clean up time needed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
