General Information
All bookings include private rental of the space and basic amenities such as tables & chairs, television, greenery wall, refrigerator & more. Clients are free to bring in their own food & beverages. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.
Rental Rates
A $50 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances are due 30 days after signing, and no later than 30 days before your event date.
All rental times include time for setup, takedown, and cleanup.
Half-Day Rental
5 hour bookings, inclusive of setup and takedown time
✓ 8:00am – 1:00pm – $400
✓ 2:00pm – 7:00pm – $400
Ideal for Showers, Birthday Parties and Family Gatherings
Extended Rental Rates
Client choice of any 8 consecutive hours, inclusive of setup and takedown
✓ 8-hr reservation time – $600
✓ Additional hours may be added as needed for $75 / hour
A flexible option for events that need just a little more time
Full Day Rental Rates
Client choice of any 12 consecutive hours, inclusive of setup and takedown
✓ 12-hr reservation time – $800
✓ Additional hours may be added as needed for $50 / hour
Best for Weddings, Cultural Events or Large Gatherings
Hourly rental options are also available Monday – Thursday for $75/ hour.
