By participating in any of our offerings, including play sessions at Endee Exploratory, purchasing memberships, booking events, or attending a special gathering, you agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

1. Who We Are

Endee includes two branches:

• Endee Exploratory: A nature-based indoor play space with daily passes, memberships, classes, and family events.
• Endee Gathering Hall: An event venue available for private rentals, community celebrations, and Endee-hosted special events.

2. General Expectations

• Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or designated adult unless otherwise noted for drop-off programs.
• All guests are expected to treat the space, staff, and one another with kindness and respect.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior—no refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Daily Admission & Play Passes

• Passes grant access to designated areas of Endee Exploratory during open play hours.
• Children under 1 are free with a paid child admission. If the only child is under 1, a standard child pass is required.
• All play participants (adults and children) must wear socks in the designated play areas as posted.

4. Memberships

• Monthly memberships include unlimited play and member-only perks. Full terms of use and cancellation are available during purchase.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may be canceled within the designated customer portal, prior to the next billing cycle.
• Abuse of membership privileges, including, but not limited to, sharing access, may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Private Event Rentals

• Rental of Endee Gathering Hall, or Endee Exploratory (private use or use of the party room) requires a signed rental agreement and deposit.
• Event hosts are responsible for guest behavior and facility condition.
• Final payments are due by the date listed in the event contract.
• Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in your individual rental agreement.

6. Endee-Hosted Events

• Tickets or registration may be required for Endee-hosted events such as themed play days, movie nights, or workshops.       
• Event-specific policies (age recommendations, capacity limits, cancellation rules) will be posted per event.
• Events may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you promptly and issue refunds or credits when applicable.

7. Health & Safety

• Please stay home if you or your child are feeling unwell.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness or engaging in unsafe behavior.
• All injuries or incidents must be reported to staff via a submitted incident report immediately.

8. Liability & Waiver

• Participation in our activities involves inherent risks. By entering our facility or participating in events, you voluntarily assume all risks.
• A signed liability waiver is required for children entering Endee Exploratory.
• Endee is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on site.

9. Photos & Media

• We occasionally take photos/videos for promotional use. Please let us know if you wish to opt out.
• Personal photography is welcome, but please respect the privacy of other guests.
• For safety and accountability, security cameras are in use throughout the facility.

10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations for play passes, memberships, classes, or events are subject to specific policies listed at the time of purchase.
• Classes or events may be canceled if minimum registration is not met 24 hours prior.

11. Rule Violations

• Failure to follow these Terms, membership terms, or event rules may result in:
  • A verbal warning;
  • Removal from play or event without refund; and
  • Permanent revocation of membership or access without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.endeemn.com.
• Your continued use of Endee services after any changes means you accept those changes.
